All prices and payments are in U.S. Dollars. You do not need a "PayPal Account" in order to make your payment at PayPal. You can select and directly pay with any major credit card.
To complete a valid transaction, after ordering the product in the shopping cart, you must proceed and complete payment through PayPal. If the PayPal payment is not completed, your order will be cancelled.
All shipments are made using Fedex (Federal Express) and are insured for their full purchase price upto a maximum of $199.00. Products can only be shipped to a valid physical address - Fedex will not deliver to a P.O. Box. You can select the mode of Fedex shipment during the ordering process. Based on your selected mode of shipment and your delivery location, a Shipping, Handling & Insurance charge will be added during the ordering process. Signature service is not included. Currently, shipments are only made to delivery points in the U.S.A. and Canada.
We are located in and ship from Savannah, Georgia. This may help you to determine your mode of shipping via Fedex.
For Multiple DryBuddy Systems:
If you are ordering more than one Complete DryBuddy System for use in the same home at the same time, and want us to set each DryBuddy system to a different channel so you can use them simultaneously and differentiate between patients, after placing your order for the DryBuddy systems, please send an email to service@DryBuddy.com providing your order number and requesting us to set the systems to different channels. Setting the DryBuddy system to a different channel can only be done by us as part of the assembly process, and cannot be done by the user. This request must arrive with or very soon after your order is placed and payment made, so the additional Complete DryBuddy Systems ordered are not shipped using the standard default channel. |
